Definition of the service
Forcletter is an Instagram-connected SaaS for creators and advertisers. It provides account and content insights, AI Poki, comment and DM operations, bio links, community, and advertising campaign, messaging and settlement support. The operator is Linkive Co., Ltd. (business registration number 322-87-03456; Room 501, 5F, 15 Daehak-ro 12-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea).
Account connections and use
- Individual members may use Kakao or Apple sign-in; business members may use the email verification method provided by the company.
- Connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are legally authorized to operate, using official Meta OAuth.
- Impersonation, spam, illegal automation, false campaigns, infringing content and violations of Meta policies are prohibited.
Content, campaigns and settlement
- Users are responsible for their published and transmitted content, advertising disclosures, copyright and consent to collect personal information.
- Campaign terms, delivery of content, shipping and settlement between advertisers and influencers follow the campaign screen and the parties’ agreement.
- Users of settlement services must provide accurate bank and tax information; statutory taxes and payment restrictions may apply.
Fees, payments and refunds
- Confirm available plans, monthly prices and feature limits on the subscription management screen immediately before payment.
- Web subscriptions renew monthly using the registered card. Future billing can be canceled from subscription management.
- Plan changes, payment failures, coupons, withdrawal and refunds follow the subscription terms and refund policy.
Service changes and suspension
Forcletter may change or suspend features for operational reasons. Material changes are generally announced in advance, but changes requiring immediate action due to Meta policy changes may be announced afterward.
Limitations of responsibility
- Forcletter does not guarantee specific results such as follower or revenue growth.
- Feature restrictions caused by changes to Meta’s API policies or data availability are outside Forcletter’s control.
- Users are responsible for their account’s content and policy violations.
Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In a dispute, the Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
