- Business members and organizations: work email, encrypted passwords, email verification, organization, contact persons and team permissions.
- Instagram connections: account and page identifiers, OAuth tokens, profiles, posts, Reels, comments, DMs and insights.
- Service content: AI conversations and outputs, bio links, community, messages, drafts and campaign progress records.
- Transaction fulfillment: shipping addresses, subscriptions, payments, refunds, settlement bank and tax information, and payment records.
- Devices and usage: IP addresses, cookies, browser, device, error and performance logs, push tokens and notification settings.

- Login, profiles, organization collaboration and customer support.
- Instagram analysis, reports, comment and DM operations, and sponsorship rate estimates.
- Poki conversations, account, post and bio-link analysis, and weekly-report summaries.
- Campaign applications, selection, shipping, content review, publication checks and settlement.
- Recurring payments, plan changes, coupons, refunds and payment disputes.
- Notifications, security, abuse prevention, incident response and service quality improvements.
Retention and destruction
- Accounts, profiles and service content are retained until withdrawal or fulfillment of the processing purpose.
- New Instagram collection and token use stop on disconnection or withdrawal.
- Shipping details are destroyed after shipping and dispute handling end; bio-link form submissions after the notified purpose or retention period ends.
- Records may be stored separately for statutory periods, including 5 years for contracts, withdrawal, payments and supply, and 3 years for consumer complaints and disputes.
- On withdrawal, information is deleted or de-identified except records required by law or ongoing transactions, settlement or disputes.
Third-party disclosure and processors
- Personal information is not sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties without consent or a legal basis.
- On campaign application or selection, previously disclosed profile, performance, contact, shipping and fulfillment information is provided to advertisers or relevant parties only as needed.
- Processing may be entrusted to Toss Payments, AWS, Kakao, Meta, Google, OpenAI, Vercel, Slack and others for payment, infrastructure, login, notifications, AI, analytics and support.
AI and international transfers
- After initial consent, Poki and AI analysis send necessary inputs, account statistics and content to Google Gemini or OpenAI APIs.
- The server blocks AI requests without consent. Withdrawing consent restricts only the relevant AI features.
- Forcletter does not use inputs or outputs to train its own general-purpose AI models or opt into separately providing them for AI providers’ model-improvement training.
- For overseas providers such as Google, OpenAI, Meta, Vercel and Slack, the full policy discloses countries, timing, data items, purposes and retention criteria.
Security measures
- Instagram passwords and full card numbers are not stored; OAuth and payment processors are used.
- Business passwords use one-way hashes; OAuth tokens, bank account numbers, resident registration numbers and detailed shipping information are encrypted or masked.
- HTTPS, authentication and authorization checks, least privilege, access records and unauthorized-access blocking are applied.
- Sensitive payment or settlement inputs themselves are not sent as usage analytics events.
User rights
- Use account settings to edit profiles, opt out of notifications, disconnect Instagram, manage content and withdraw membership.
- Request access, correction, deletion, suspension, consent withdrawal or transmission records through linkive@linkive.co.kr or Kakao channel support.
- If there is a legal reason to restrict or refuse a rights request, the reason and objection procedure will be explained.
