Forcletter account withdrawal and data handling
You can delete your Forcletter account in the app or web account settings. If you cannot sign in, request deletion using the email link below.

Delete your account in the app or on the web
- Sign in to Forcletter.
- Go to Menu → Account settings.
- Select Delete account at the bottom of the screen and complete the confirmation steps.
For an advertiser account, sign in and open Account in the left menu to delete it.

Include the email or sign-in method used to register and an email address for our reply. We may request only the additional information needed to verify your account. Do not send passwords, national identification numbers or full payment details.

Data that is deleted
- Account, profile and linked sign-in information
- Instagram OAuth tokens and permission to collect new data
- App push tokens and notification settings
- AI conversations, community posts, link-in-bio pages and other service content not subject to legal retention requirements
Data retained after withdrawal
Threads channel, content and metric history and unused encrypted tokens are retained for recovery after re-registration and analytics history. YouTube data is deleted within 7 days in line with YouTube policies. Records we must keep under e-commerce, tax or dispute-resolution laws, or that are needed for ongoing transactions and settlements, are stored separately with restricted access for that purpose and the legal period.
How we process your request
After verifying your identity, we disable sign-in and new channel collection and process the withdrawal. Our reply explains what is deleted and which channel history and statutory records are retained.
