1. Company responsibility and scope
The Company supplies campaign advertising services to advertisers on its own account and responsibility, and commissions influencers to create, disclose and publish sponsored content. Advertiser participation in selection and review does not replace the Company’s supply and performance obligations.
Advertisers provide lawful campaign information and agreed products and cooperate with review and payment. Influencers perform the creation, publication and advertising-disclosure obligations agreed with the Company. The Company manages performance and contractual remedies, including re-performance and refunds.
Deliverables, publication channels and deadlines, review criteria and deadlines, revision limits, publication retention periods and usage rights are agreed in the campaign order and acceptance. Completion requires publication, agreed review and fulfillment of the transaction’s conditions. Separate retention periods, continuing services or staged supplies are assessed under the relevant contract and applicable law.
2. Credits and advertising price
KRW 1 buys 1 credit without additional VAT at top-up. Selection payment adds 10% VAT to the entire advertiser-facing supply price: the content-production component, matching fee and selected review fee. Credits are used first.
The matching fee is KRW 50,000 per creator, excluding VAT. KRW 150,000 for content plus KRW 50,000 for matching gives a KRW 200,000 supply price and KRW 20,000 VAT, costing 220,000 credits. A KRW 300,000 top-up then leaves 80,000 credits. Actual headcount, options and total are shown before confirmation.
Credits do not expire or lapse automatically. Unused paid balances may be submitted for refund; refunds of free promotional balances depend on their grant conditions. Credits earn no interest and cannot be transferred.
3. Outsourcing payment and tax evidence
The content fee accepted by an influencer is the total gross outsourcing payment, inclusive of any VAT applicable to that outsourcing transaction. For a KRW 150,000 accepted fee, a taxable business separates supply price and VAT within that total; a recipient subject to withholding receives the total less statutory withholding. The KRW 20,000 advertiser-facing sales VAT is not an additional influencer payment.
The gross amount, tax status, required evidence and withholding basis are confirmed before the outsourcing order is accepted. Recipients provide accurate bank and tax information and documents. A quote requiring VAT on top differs from this gross-price condition and must be renegotiated with the Company before acceptance; it is not automatically added.
Credit top-up records are separate from advertising sales evidence. Tax documents follow the actual time of supply or statutory advance-issuance requirements. Credit deduction alone neither determines the legal time of supply nor automatically issues tax documents. Taxable evidence is not duplicated for the same transaction.
4. Cancellation, non-performance and refunds
Special rule: if a selected influencer fails to submit a post by the deadline and grace period, the full selection payment, including content, matching, review and stored VAT, is returned as credits. If automatic processing is unavailable because of prior refunds, payouts or similar history, support reconciles those records and processes the case without duplicate refunds.
The advertiser may cancel a selection directly until the selected influencer submits a draft or post. Selection completes the matching service, so the matching fee and its VAT are not returned and a used free matching coupon is not restored. As compensation for the influencer reserving time and starting preparation, 30% of the content fee is paid to the influencer, and the remaining 70%, the review fee and the corresponding VAT are returned as credits. If the product has already been provided, the influencer keeps it.
Cancellations after a draft or post is submitted, cancellations of purchase-payback campaigns and cases with a reported product-provision issue are handled by support. In those cases the full content fee is payable in principle, but support checks the actual work and substantiated legitimate costs and explains the refund calculation. The 30% above is a pre-agreed amount for the influencer’s loss from cancellation; support reviews any statutory grounds for reduction or adjustment. Selection confirmation alone does not make the entire payment non-refundable.
For full or partial non-performance caused by Company fault or unmet conditions, the Company arranges re-performance or refunds the unperformed portion and corresponding VAT. Support verifies partial performance, amounts and tax-document corrections against the contract and work history. Statutory termination, damages and refund rights are not limited.
Contact advertiser support or linkive@linkive.co.kr for cash refunds after credit restoration, cancellations not processed automatically or disputes. Unused paid balances are refunded by reference to the original top-up method; mixed payments follow their original payment records. Refund action is taken within three business days from the time required by law; payment-provider processing may take longer.
5. Applicability and disputes
Adverse or material changes require at least 30 days’ notice of the changes, reasons and effective date under the current terms, together with required consent. New selection payments after implementation require acceptance of this contract and the total. The accepted version and acceptance time are recorded with selection payments. Express provisions of this individual contract take precedence over the general service terms for that transaction; otherwise the general terms and applicable law govern.
Korean law applies, and disputes are heard by courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws. Liability for intent, gross negligence and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
Supplementary provisions
Announcement date: October 19, 2026. Effective date: October 19, 2026. Version: campaign-service-v2. Change: Article 4 now states the rules for advertiser cancellation after selection (scope of direct cancellation, non-refundable matching fee, 30% compensation to the influencer). Reason: a selected influencer reserves time and starts preparing from selection, so losses from cancellation are compensated on a pre-agreed basis. It applies from the effective date only to selection payments that explicitly accept this contract on the selection screen and is not applied retroactively to selections already accepted.
Transitional rule: selection payments accepted under campaign-service-v1 before the effective date follow the previous Article 4. A cancellation before product provision returns the unperformed content fee, review fee and their VAT as credits; a cancellation after product provision treats 30% of the content fee as performed and pays it to the influencer, returning the rest. The matching fee is performed at selection and is not returned. If a different calculation is needed, support checks the actual work performed.
Previous version campaign-service-v1: announced and effective October 6, 2026. It set the Company’s full advertising service, VAT on the full supply price, outsourcing payments and refunds. Historical notices for the general terms remain at /terms/full.
